Mia’s Gym Workout Journey

📅 February 1

Today, I joined the gym for the first time. I wasn’t very strong, and I didn’t know how to use the machines. The trainer helped me, but I still felt nervous. I hope I will get better soon!



📅 May 12

After three months, I feel stronger! I didn’t like running before, but now I enjoy it. I go to the gym three times a week. Right now, I am lifting small weights. I hope to lift heavier weights soon.



📅 August 7

Wow! Today, I ran for 30 minutes on the treadmill. When I started in February, I could only run for five minutes. I didn’t think I would improve so much! Right now, I am stretching after my workout, and I feel great.



📅 November

15The gym has changed my life. I feel stronger and more confident. I even joined a fitness class! Right now, I am helping my friend sign up for the gym because she wants to start exercising too.
