Hello! My name is Aiko. I live in Tokyo, Japan. I enjoy eating out with my friends and trying new dishes. I write my blog to help people learn about Japanese food and culture. Japanese food is healthy and fresh. I enjoy sushi, especially salmon rolls. Another dish I like is miso soup. It is warm and perfect for winter. Last year, I went to Sushi Zen near the fish market. The food was beautiful and delicious. If you go to Tokyo, you should try this place. I recommend you order the miso soup. It’s great!
